The LG1038B is a double-wall lip gloss tube built for brands that want clarity and durability in one package.

The structure. Outer bottle + inner bottle. This double-wall design does two things. First, it protects the formula. The inner bottle holds the gloss. The outer bottle takes the impact if dropped. Second, it creates visual depth. The gloss appears to float inside the bottle. Shelf presence is stronger than single-wall tubes.

The dimensions. 29.1mm wide. 92.39mm assembled length. Full capacity of 5.11ml. The outer bottle is 59.42mm tall. The cap measures 71.95mm when assembled with the wand. These dimensions fit comfortably in hand.

Materials. PETG for the outer bottle, inner bottle, and cap. LDPE for the wiper. The brush tip is flocked - soft on lips, holds product well. All materials meet FDA and EU 10/2011 standards.

Leak-proof and durable. We tested this tube. 0.5-meter drop test onto concrete. Room temperature, 45°C, and -10°C conditions. Passed all. The cap torques between 1.5 and 12 KGF. The inner seal holds vacuum at -0.05 MPa for 5 minutes. No leaks. No returns.
